Melon vodka
INGREDIENTS
- 10 cl vodka
- 2 cups cubed melon
- lemon juice
- 2 cl of raw melon syrup
In a blender, puree 2 cups of melon flesh and 1 cup of water until smooth. Pass through a fine sieve to collect the juice. In a glass, pour 2 cl of raw melon syrup, then 10 cl of vodka. Pour 1 cl of lemon juice, then the fresh melon juice. Decorate with raspberries or a cube of melon.
