Peach salad

INGREDIENTS :

• 3 cl of raw peach syrup
• lettuce
• peach or seasonal fruit
• fresh parsley
• hard boiled egg
• nut

Mix the ingredients in a plate. Add the hard-boiled eggs and walnuts. Pour the peach syrup over the salad. You can also add a little balsamic vinegar to enhance the taste.
