Peach salad
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 cl of raw peach syrup
- lettuce
- peach or seasonal fruit
- fresh parsley
- hard boiled egg
- nut
Mix the ingredients in a plate. Add the hard-boiled eggs and walnuts. Pour the peach syrup over the salad. You can also add a little balsamic vinegar to enhance the taste.
