Matcha coconut
A delicious coconut matcha tea recipe.
INGREDIENTS & UTENSILS:
- matcha green tea
- 7 cl of hot water
- bamboo whisk
- 2 cl of raw coconut or vanilla syrup
Put a teaspoon of matcha in a bowl. Pour 2 cl of hot water at 80°. Regulate the temperature of the water carefully, because if it is too hot, the matcha will be bitter. Whisk with a suitable bamboo whisk.
Add the rest of the hot water (5 cl).
Pour 2 cl of raw coconut syrup. Whisk again and enjoy!
Raw vanilla syrup is also a very good alternative.
